Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Advocacy Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the development of our strategic advocacy program portfolio
- Uncovering and elevating the customer voice
- Driving next phase of Customer Reference Program and self-service story hubs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing a customer advocacy, customer marketing, or marketing program team
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
- Consistent record of setting up, defining, and driving cross-functional programs independently
- Experience using tools including Salesforce, ReferenceEdge, etc
