An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Care Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tackling troubleshooting tickets as they are assigned
- Providing customers with preventive maintenance recommendations
- Educating customers on how to use the products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior experience in a customer service role providing technical support
- Some knowledge with accounting concepts
- Strong technical skills and ability to communicate with customers on technical matters
