Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Care Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Tackling troubleshooting tickets as they are assigned
  • Providing customers with preventive maintenance recommendations
  • Educating customers on how to use the products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role providing technical support
  • Some knowledge with accounting concepts
  • Strong technical skills and ability to communicate with customers on technical matters
  • The ability to tackle multiple customer tickets
  • Experience MS Office Suite
