Job Summary

A provider of recruiting software has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Experience Enablement Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building an enablement roadmap
  • Leveraging the adoption of the performance management and competency framework
  • Enabling managers with the tools, skills and processes they need

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience of designing, delivering, and maintaining world-class enablement programs
  • 2+ years of managing L&D resources
  • 3+ years customer facing experience (Success or Support)
  • Experience using effective evaluation methods to ensure enablement is successful
  • A proven track record of engaging a wide range of people via distributed tool-sets
  • Proven track record of engaging a wide range of people via distributed tool-sets e.g. Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc
