Job Summary
A provider of recruiting software has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Experience Enablement Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building an enablement roadmap
- Leveraging the adoption of the performance management and competency framework
- Enabling managers with the tools, skills and processes they need
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience of designing, delivering, and maintaining world-class enablement programs
- 2+ years of managing L&D resources
- 3+ years customer facing experience (Success or Support)
- Experience using effective evaluation methods to ensure enablement is successful
- A proven track record of engaging a wide range of people via distributed tool-sets
- Proven track record of engaging a wide range of people via distributed tool-sets e.g. Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc
