Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Handle major customer escalations
  • Coordinate resolution and close the loop
  • Direct the troubleshooting activities and engage other internal teams as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Project management and customer escalation experience within a Cloud or ERP environment
  • Proven experience in designing new processes & solutions to solve customer challenges
  • Analytical troubleshooting skills, ability to create resolution plan and review statistical data
  • Work closely with relevant Industry Councils & User Groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, attention to detail
  • A strong understanding in ERP with a preference of S3 knowledge
