Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Experience Manager.
Must be able to:
- Handle major customer escalations
- Coordinate resolution and close the loop
- Direct the troubleshooting activities and engage other internal teams as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Project management and customer escalation experience within a Cloud or ERP environment
- Proven experience in designing new processes & solutions to solve customer challenges
- Analytical troubleshooting skills, ability to create resolution plan and review statistical data
- Work closely with relevant Industry Councils & User Groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, attention to detail
- A strong understanding in ERP with a preference of S3 knowledge
