Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contacting customers to renew “software as a service” (SaaS) contracts
  • Meeting productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals of current customers
  • Leveraging opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing clients

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 15%, as business requires
  • Associates Degree in Communications, Business or related field
  • Proven background with providing exemplary customer service and support
  • Prior sales, win-back or retention experience
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
