Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Contacting customers to renew “software as a service” (SaaS) contracts
Meeting productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals of current customers
Leveraging opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing clients

Required Skills:

Ability to travel up to 15%, as business requires
Associates Degree in Communications, Business or related field
Proven background with providing exemplary customer service and support
Prior sales, win-back or retention experience
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
