Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Management Team Technician I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Logging and resolving issues for our customers
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to drive success
- Keeping records of customer interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Remote experience or an ability to be self-sufficient and autonomous in a remote setting
- Technical background with SaaS products and services
- Experience troubleshooting and deducing customer issues
- Can autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem
