Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Onboarding Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a contact for new customers, answering questions ranging from support to setup
- Advocating for customers by capturing and sharing feature requests and other feedback
- Improving trial conversions through proactive contact at the first sign of trouble
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success or similar
- Experience working with CRM, Customer Success or Help desk tools
- Track record hitting your objectives and taking on new challenges
- Bachelors Degree
