Job Summary

A software and services company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Program Director in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Manage the delivery, scale, maintenance, and improvement of programs
Provide status reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
Lead technical initiatives around integrations

Position Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s in Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience
5+ years in technical program and/or product management
5+ years’ previous work experience in Customer Success or relevant experience
Program/Project Management experience
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, including third parties
Experience leading cross-organizational projects
