Job Summary
A software and services company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Program Director in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery, scale, maintenance, and improvement of programs
- Provide status reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Lead technical initiatives around integrations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience
- 5+ years in technical program and/or product management
- 5+ years’ previous work experience in Customer Success or relevant experience
- Program/Project Management experience
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, including third parties
- Experience leading cross-organizational projects
