Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Meet and exceed team net ARR quotas
- Coach and develop your people in pursuit of world-class sales excellence
- Hire, ramp, and train a team of superstar Customer AEs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Successful, verifiable track record of exceeding quota both as an individual contributor and manager
- 2+ years managing and leading SaaS sales teams, pre-sale and post-sale
- 5+ years sales experience as an individual contributor, pre-sale or post-sale with an aggressive expansion motion
- Previous experience in a hiring-heavy sales management role
