Job Summary

A managed content distribution and printing company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Service Director in Memphis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recruiting and developing a world-class team of support desk professionals.
  • Managing a large, globally distributed, multi-cultural team
  • Creating daily, weekly metric dashboards

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of general software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience in C# and the .NET development ecosystem
  • Experience developing and operating highly available, highly reliable systems
  • Experience with Agile development, including Scrum and Test Driven Development
  • Exceptional ability to translate PBI into software solutions
  • Expertise in service-oriented architecture
