A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create business reviews for the Customer Success team
  • Work closely with customers to help them resolve issues
  • Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in operations, customer support/success, communications or related fields
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams
  • An eagerness to think creatively both in terms of solutions to complex complaints
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
