A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Influencing customer lifetime value by implementing strategies
  • Proactively surfacing trends by monitoring the KPIs
  • Leveraging insights to capitalize on improvement opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven progressive management experience leading SaaS customer success teams
  • Experience creating positive partnerships with customers as well as cross-functional teams
  • Ability to chair meetings, host webinars, and write business proposals and documents
  • Have strong business acumen
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
