A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Influencing customer lifetime value by implementing strategies
- Proactively surfacing trends by monitoring the KPIs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years proven progressive management experience leading SaaS customer success teams
- Experience creating positive partnerships with customers as well as cross-functional teams
- Ability to chair meetings, host webinars, and write business proposals and documents
- Have strong business acumen
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
- Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
