Remote Software Customer Success Director in Chicago

Job Summary

A company which develops technology and weapons products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Director in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting bi-weekly 1:1s and team meetings
• Establishing and tracking career development goals for individuals on the team, as well as team KPIs
• Providing direction and leadership on execution of new team initiatives and workflows

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 6 years of previous management leading a Large-Market or Strategic-level team
• Prior work experience in a SaaS environment
• Prior work building and scaling a team
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and developing changes to established processes
• Experience using Gainsight is preferred
