Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being the primary point of contact and advocating for a portfolio enterprise clients
  • Working with their manager to support and renew a portfolio of clients
  • Learning and mastering all aspects of the Dialog platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-4 years of client management experience
  • 2-4 years of Customer Success experience at SaaS or technology company
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility
  • Able to work individually and build partnerships and foster teamwork
  • Comfort manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data
