Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the primary point of contact and advocating for a portfolio enterprise clients
- Working with their manager to support and renew a portfolio of clients
- Learning and mastering all aspects of the Dialog platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years of client management experience
- 2-4 years of Customer Success experience at SaaS or technology company
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility
- Able to work individually and build partnerships and foster teamwork
- Comfort manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data
