Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide software customer success leadership and people management
- Track retention and incremental sales metrics to ensure customer success
- Outline and lead projects to continually optimize success offerings
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience managing a customer success, client expansion, sales, etc team
- Proven experience in hiring and building global teams
- Experience leading tenured employees mentoring more junior colleagues
- History of working well with cross functional teams to advocate on the customer’s behalf
- Ability to handle and navigate customer escalations to a positive outcome
