Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide software customer success leadership and people management
  • Track retention and incremental sales metrics to ensure customer success
  • Outline and lead projects to continually optimize success offerings

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a customer success, client expansion, sales, etc team
  • Proven experience in hiring and building global teams
  • Experience leading tenured employees mentoring more junior colleagues
  • History of working well with cross functional teams to advocate on the customer’s behalf
  • Ability to handle and navigate customer escalations to a positive outcome
