A labor market analytics provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship
- Help identity and/or develop client upsell opportunities
- Analyze customer engagement with products
