Job Summary

A provider of components and maintenance for scientific equipment has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering customer satisfaction to drive software success
  • Monitoring customer health and then weighting specific events and their impact to the customer health
  • Working with customers to build Customer Success Plans

Required Skills:

  • 5 + years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience
  • Experience in a post-sales or professional services function
  • A rich history of growing customer happiness, adoption, and retention
  • Confirmed ability to drive continuous product value
  • Experience developing product use-cases with customers
  • Prior experience conducting workshops to customers
