Job Summary
A technology software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Secure the perfect onboarding, adoption and usage of new customers, making sure each new customer maximizes the return of their investment
- Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborating closely with your colleagues internally
- Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work according to a success strategy that you will continuously help to deliver
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing role
- A deep understanding of customer’s eco-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes etc
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking
