An enterprise software company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with customers throughout the entire customer journey
  • Closely aligning and working with other Customer Success team members
  • Identifying further expansion opportunities during customer interaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Support Engineer supporting customers in a software company
  • Experience with workload automation software
  • Infrequent after hours work and weekend work might be required
