Job Summary
An enterprise software company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with customers throughout the entire customer journey
- Closely aligning and working with other Customer Success team members
- Identifying further expansion opportunities during customer interaction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Support Engineer supporting customers in a software company
- Experience with workload automation software
- Infrequent after hours work and weekend work might be required
