Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the point of contact for customers and systematically track and address all customer questions and requests
- Leading new customer onboarding working in close conjunction with the sales team
- Documenting and tracking all activities for accounts in a systematic way and deliver feedback from customers to relevant internal teams
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 4 years in a customer facing role
