  • Managing multiple relationships, including C-level interactions, for maximum productivity, success and ensuring retention
  • Serving as a point of escalation for high-value customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years experience and a proven track in Strategic Customer facing role
  • Experience with CRM/CS tools
  • Concrete understanding of how multi-level companies operate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
