A human resources technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prioritizing customer experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Documenting customer pain points
- Overseeing the success of our customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience as a customer success manager at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with how recruiting teams are structured and the recruiting process
- Familiarity with customer success tool like Vitally, Hubspot, or Gainsight
- Experience managing customers across geographies
- Experience conducting virtual trainings
- Interest in increasing fairness and clarity to the recruiting process
