Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Actively serve a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Manage all post sales activity for assigned customers
- Implement Customer Success Plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One company in-person retreat per year
- Strong technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
- Experience in technical support and/or sales
- 3+ years experience in enterprise implementation support, project management, or similar
