Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively serve a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Manage all post sales activity for assigned customers
  • Implement Customer Success Plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • One company in-person retreat per year
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
  • Experience in technical support and/or sales
  • 3+ years experience in enterprise implementation support, project management, or similar
