Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage post-sales activity for SMB/MM customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and make recommendations
- Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Customer Marketing, or Account Management at scale
- Significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers
- Experience in the relevant products in the market such as Cloudera, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Platform, etc
