Job Summary
A leader in designing and delivering government software has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build out KPI’s that in their view represents a successful deployment
- Bring industry best practices to bear in this process
- Coordinate different aspects of the plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years with some form of regulatory business processes and the KPI’s
- Understands licensing, service requests, work orders, business licensing, etc
- Experience with Enterprise Software Customer Success Engagement Models
- Ability to apply broad Accela product knowledge to uncover additional opportunities
- Knowledge of Accela's Civic App Solutions which offer standardization of solutions
- Ability to distinguish between business requirements and technical requirements
