Job Summary

A leader in designing and delivering government software has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build out KPI’s that in their view represents a successful deployment
  • Bring industry best practices to bear in this process
  • Coordinate different aspects of the plan

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years with some form of regulatory business processes and the KPI’s
  • Understands licensing, service requests, work orders, business licensing, etc
  • Experience with Enterprise Software Customer Success Engagement Models
  • Ability to apply broad Accela product knowledge to uncover additional opportunities
  • Knowledge of Accela's Civic App Solutions which offer standardization of solutions
  • Ability to distinguish between business requirements and technical requirements
