Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as the customer champion for all professional service or other implementations/ interactions
  • Properly managing customer expectations
  • Ensuring that issue and related escalations are managed to resolution efficiently across the organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working for a B2B SaaS vendor
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree from college or university or applicable experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce & Microsoft Office
