Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the customer champion for all professional service or other implementations/ interactions
- Properly managing customer expectations
- Ensuring that issue and related escalations are managed to resolution efficiently across the organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working for a B2B SaaS vendor
- Previous experience as an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree from college or university or applicable experience
- Proficient in Salesforce & Microsoft Office
