Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a hands-on, consultative specialist to guide customers to achieve their desired business results
- Managing proactive account check-ins to ensure product value realization with key assigned accounts as well as reactive assignments
- Collaborating with management to refine customer retention and expansion processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years in a customer-facing account management, implementation or Customer Success Management role at a SaaS company
- 2+ years of driving meetings via web conference or phone
- Experience owning commercial conversations with B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience with financial operations, accounting, billing, or accounts receivable SaaS solutions
