Job Summary

A travel software development company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive customer usage and adoption
  • Prove the value proposition agreed upon during sales process
  • Generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of combination hospitality Customer Success, hotel industry experience or similar
  • Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers
  • Demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving financial goals
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience of achieving client objectives
