Job Summary
A travel software development company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive customer usage and adoption
- Prove the value proposition agreed upon during sales process
- Generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of combination hospitality Customer Success, hotel industry experience or similar
- Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers
- Demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving financial goals
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience of achieving client objectives
