Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as point person for a portfolio of multi-stakeholder, mixed industry customers
  • Establishing high levels of customer partnership and trust
  • Leading customers through implementation and training

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 years experience in customer-facing support or success roles
  • Experience motivating customers through a process or organizational change to desired outcomes
  • History of managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholder points of contact
  • Experience analyzing data and synthesizing it into data-driven stories and presentations
  • Project/engagement management experience
  • Understand the workforce management (WFM) ecosystem (2+ years exposure)
