Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the execution of media plans
- Driving adoption, growth and retention of our customers by building strong relationships
- Discovering, communicating, and supporting the execution of new opportunities for customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years experience working with large travel companies in a customer success context
- Understanding of technology, DaaS-related products
- Familiar with ad technologies including ad exchanges, ad serving, targeting and attribution
- Experience with multiple analytics tools and platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
