Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the execution of media plans
  • Driving adoption, growth and retention of our customers by building strong relationships
  • Discovering, communicating, and supporting the execution of new opportunities for customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 years experience working with large travel companies in a customer success context
  • Understanding of technology, DaaS-related products
  • Familiar with ad technologies including ad exchanges, ad serving, targeting and attribution
  • Experience with multiple analytics tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
