Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Constructing, retaining and expanding customer relationships, business outcomes
  • Managing an assigned number of customer accounts as main point of contact and facilitating various meetings
  • Tracking and managing customer health post implementation based on usage, product adoption and overall satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer success, customer support, account management, consulting, or project management experience
  • Client facing experience within a software company
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain an understanding of client requirements
  • Demonstrated strong analytical ability
