Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Constructing, retaining and expanding customer relationships, business outcomes
- Managing an assigned number of customer accounts as main point of contact and facilitating various meetings
- Tracking and managing customer health post implementation based on usage, product adoption and overall satisfaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer success, customer support, account management, consulting, or project management experience
- Client facing experience within a software company
- An undergraduate degree
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Ability to maintain an understanding of client requirements
- Demonstrated strong analytical ability
