Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading account planning for an assigned portfolio of Customers
  • Delivering Executive Business Reviews
  • Driving adoption of the platform and introducing new and existing features

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical Customer Success role
  • Experience in owning projects and identifying opportunities for expansion within Customer accounts
  • Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly and deeply
  • Prior experience maintaining and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of APIs, meta data and data structures, integrations and implementations
