Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading account planning for an assigned portfolio of Customers
- Delivering Executive Business Reviews
- Driving adoption of the platform and introducing new and existing features
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical Customer Success role
- Experience in owning projects and identifying opportunities for expansion within Customer accounts
- Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to develop relationships quickly and deeply
- Prior experience maintaining and managing multiple competing priorities
- Working knowledge of APIs, meta data and data structures, integrations and implementations
