• Drive adoption, advocacy, retention, expansion, and overall success
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve on account / success plans
• Regularly engage with client stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Able to present and communicate effectively, critically problem-solve, develop strong client relationships
• Tech savvy, experienced with SaaS software, and understand Digital Asset Management (DAM)
