Job Summary
A software developing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager II in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting annual or quarterly business reviews
- Proactively monitoring the health score of clients and engaging at key lifecycle points
- Utilizing technology such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and other applications to document and support client lifecycle
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Compensation role with revenue quota responsibility
- Ability to evaluate decisions, problem solve, manage risk, and foresee a company's growth plan with ease
- Strong business acumen to assist large, global organizations
