A healthcare software developer is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Training Manager in Palo Alto.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering onboarding training
  • Working with Quality Management to develop appropriate onboarding materials
  • Facilitating delivery of new hire training materials and curriculum

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Training Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Training or Education, Business, HR, Finance, or a related field
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
  • 3+ years of experience in the training and development field or equivalent education/experience
  • Demonstrated presentation, coaching, and time management skills
