Job Summary
A healthcare software developer is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Training Manager in Palo Alto.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering onboarding training
- Working with Quality Management to develop appropriate onboarding materials
- Facilitating delivery of new hire training materials and curriculum
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Training or Education, Business, HR, Finance, or a related field
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- 3+ years of experience in the training and development field or equivalent education/experience
- Demonstrated presentation, coaching, and time management skills
