Job Summary

A software as a service company is filling a position for a Remote Software Customer Success Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the Customer Success function on a global basis
  • Managing a global team of over 20 Customer Success professionals
  • Refining and continuously improving the Integrate Customer Success methodology

Qualifications Include:

  • 10+ years overall successful account management/customer success career
  • 6+ years’ senior leadership experience for SaaS-related companies
  • Experience managing teams greater than 20 staff
  • Proven ability to design and implement a Customer Success methodology and framework
  • Proven ability to continually achieve customer success goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
