  • Dispatching, repair questions, detailed problem resolution through troubleshooting equipment
  • Working as assigned

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Must work well under pressure
