- Handling inbound inquiries from internal/external customers, districts, and field service offices
- Dispatching, repair questions, detailed problem resolution through troubleshooting equipment

Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency in Windows based applications
- Must work well under pressure
