A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping our customers with product and malware issues, via email and live chat
  • Answering billing and licensing questions for our products
  • Being the link between our customers and our product teams to share user feedback

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years experience in customers support, ideally in software or SaaS industry
  • Native English speaker (American or British)
  • Have the ability to work remotely and communicate efficiently
  • Have a positive attitude with people
  • Always a willingness to go the extra mile to please and delight users
