A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping our customers with product and malware issues, via email and live chat
- Answering billing and licensing questions for our products
- Being the link between our customers and our product teams to share user feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years experience in customers support, ideally in software or SaaS industry
- Native English speaker (American or British)
- Have the ability to work remotely and communicate efficiently
- Have a positive attitude with people
