Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Support Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Implement process and product improvements based on data
- Automate the predictable so we can humanize the exceptional
- Manage global support team activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of overall Customer Support experience
- 5+ years hiring, training, coaching, and nurturing top talent
- 5+ years’ Services in leading technical, customer-facing organizations
- Proven expertise with SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
- Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation
