Job Summary
A provider of ERP and CRM solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on basic and advanced issues
- Thoroughly troubleshoot issues that are received
- Research, prepare, and submit bugs or feature requests to our development team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting SaaS applications utilizing a ticket and/or phone system
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Organized approach to solving complex technical support issues
- Desire to identify root cause and improve systems to reduce future support requests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
