Job Summary

A provider of ERP and CRM solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Customer Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on basic and advanced issues
  • Thoroughly troubleshoot issues that are received
  • Research, prepare, and submit bugs or feature requests to our development team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting SaaS applications utilizing a ticket and/or phone system
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Organized approach to solving complex technical support issues
  • Desire to identify root cause and improve systems to reduce future support requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
