Job Summary
A medical imaging software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Support Engineer Level 1 and 2.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage in installation, training and maintenance of software
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, and resolution for hardware/software problems
- Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all service calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field
- Be a highly motivated, responsible individual
- Be able to work independently and to work with a remote team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
