Job Summary

A medical imaging software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Support Engineer Level 1 and 2.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage in installation, training and maintenance of software
  • Provide investigation, diagnosis, and resolution for hardware/software problems
  • Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all service calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field
  • Be a highly motivated, responsible individual
  • Be able to work independently and to work with a remote team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
