Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Writing documentation to help users help themselves
  • Performing logical troubleshooting
  • Gathering valuable customer feedback

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel to our HQ in Penang, Malaysia for onboarding (2 weeks) and a minimum of once a year for our company planning retreat
  • 1-3 years of experience in Media/Tech supporting SaaS Applications
  • A resourceful, quick and agile learner, quick-thinking and empathetic attitude
