Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing documentation to help users help themselves
- Performing logical troubleshooting
- Gathering valuable customer feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to our HQ in Penang, Malaysia for onboarding (2 weeks) and a minimum of once a year for our company planning retreat
- 1-3 years of experience in Media/Tech supporting SaaS Applications
- A resourceful, quick and agile learner, quick-thinking and empathetic attitude
