Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and replicating customer reported issues
  • Documenting discoveries with clear reproduction steps and analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon etc. is preferred
  • Technical experience with SAAS platforms preferred
  • Experience with an accounting or bookkeeping package preferred
