Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Developer 3.

Must be able to:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc
  • Assist in defining and developing software for tasks
  • Provide technical leadership to other software developers

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of delivering and operating large scale, highly distributed systems
  • Excellent coding skills in Ruby or Python
  • Extensive experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible at scale
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals
