Job Summary

A company offering interpreting services is filling a position for a Remote Software Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as an escalation path to help identify, solve and train others on support issues
• Proposing and implementing practical improvement ideas that enhances our multimedia and internet telephony applications
• Supporting and improving existing call flows that support 2000+ clients across varied mediums

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a software developer
• Self-driven, active, and comfortable working with others
• Go (golang) is a must, and so is a solid understanding of C# and the .NET framework
• Familiarity with building microservices in a containerized environment
• Familiarity with Docker containers and orchestration services like Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile development, using Scrum or Kanban, as well as CI/CD pipelines
