Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Remote Software Developer II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing visually appealing data visualizations
  • Identifying when tools are in need of major refactoring or replacement and document an actionable plan
  • Building and deploying front-end and back-end code demonstrating mastery of technologies

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related and three years of related experience
  • Knowledge of IT accessibility issues for users with disabilities
  • Experience working in a in a professional, team-based environment
  • Experience working with version control systems, like Git
  • Understanding of different workflows and branching models, and their application
  • Experience creating and querying large and complex MySQL and other relational databases
