Job Summary
A government IT contractor has an open position for a Remote Software Developer in Fairfax.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving problems with software and responding to suggestions for improvements
- Performing software design, development and application modifications
- Developing and maintaining interfaces and connectors to external applications and systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to a DoD RAPIDS office for CAC issuance and to any DLA location for laptop issue
- 5 years of relevant software development
- 2+ years Java development experience
- CompTIA Security+ ce or other DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (or higher) Baseline certification
- Java SE 8 Programmer certification
- Must be eligible for IT II (NACLC) level clearance
