Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Developer Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor developers and testers
  • Collaborate with Domain Architects, Service Managers, Technical Product Owners, and other IT platforms
  • Effectively present information to audiences, and influence others

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study
  • six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
  • Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and
  • The completion of a technical training program, and six years related work experience, or
  • Eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
