Job Summary

A defense contractor is in need of a Remote Software Development Coalition Integration Tech Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate technical exchanges between Company and Coalition partners to deliver the best software delivery solutions
• Build partnerships that are mutually beneficial to the Company and its partners
• Coordinate and implement technical strategies to share Company tech applications to NATO and other coalition partners

Required Skills:

• You are a U.S. citizen and are eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• You have Professional experience in software engineering with a demonstrated track record of leading complex projects
• You have experience with agile / lean experimentation to test assumptions and determine best performing tech
• You have experience with deploying into containerized production environments with SRE and other post-deployment support
• You have outstanding influencing and communication skills, particularly with product owners and cross-organization collaborators
• You possess working knowledge of the DoD ecosystem
