Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Software Development Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Enthusiastically working in a collaborative setting with existing team members as a technical SME/lead
  • Enjoy solving problems and understand good software development practices
  • Designing and building new software tools and systems on a private or public cloud

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability and desire to lead and influence team members and adjacent teams
  • Senior experience building feature-rich customer facing web applications
  • Practical experience with Java 8, OOP and Design Patterns
  • 3 years of experience in building Micro services using Spring Boot and Java
  • Experience with Spring Security and Oauth2
  • Experience with Cloud Foundry, Docker and Containers
